- 900g of Beef Fillet
- 2 sliced Garlic Cloves
- 1 thumb-sized piece of Ginger (grated)
- 1 tbsp of Dark Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp of Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp of Honey
- 1 tbsp of Rice Wine Vinegar
Poké is a Hawaiian dish, usually made with fish offcuts.
